"It was fine. The property could use a refresh snd the staff was not particularly good or bad. It was just okay. We loved the beach club and beach club staff were great."

"I have stayed at over 100 hotels in 6 years. This is your typical timeshare over promising under delivering horrible customer service (and food) I was here for emergency medical treatment and booked last minute. My husband had to join me unexpectedly and everything I was promised for doing their 3 hour time share presentation wasn’t delivered. When he arrived he paid 4 days for food. (We were already planning on leaving) mid day day 4 they locked him out of the room stating he didn’t pay. Next day I went to my medical treatment and he went and found other accommodations. (Paid another day for no reason because they locked us out again) housekeepers were great. Tipped them $20 each visit. Mgt extremely horrible. "

"Casa Elena was THE PERFECT place to stay. Beautiful view and so convenient to the golf course as well as places to shop and eat. The host was wonderful in communicating with me and we would love to stay there again in the future!"

"Really nice hotel. The staff are all extremely friendly and make you feel at home. The grounds are immaculate. My first complaint is not something they can do anything about but there are lots and lots of steps. My second complaint is the options for food are pretty limited and not very good. The brunch buffet for $55 is really nice and lots of good food. But the rest of the options just are not very good. "

"Our wonderful experience at this beautiful home began about 2 weeks before we arrived, when communications with the host of these properties opened up and we were able to learn more about various activities and opportunities and make some choices. Kristen answered all of our questions immediately so that we could decide on our options for meals, transportation, food delivery, restaurants, golf, etc. While we did some of our own research on these things, Kristen was always available to help us compare. As soon as we arrived, Victor was there to give us a tour of the house and make himself available. The welcome service with margueritas and guacamole started our vacation off wonderfully. Our family of 8 adults plus one baby, settled in for a wonderful 9 days - enjoying every part of the house -- the pool, the lawn with the cornhole game, the big living/dining room, our large, individual bedrooms, the back terrace with fire pit and fountain for playing games, and the rooftop terrace for enjoying sunrise (wow!) and sunset. The short walk to the beach was wonderful -- (watching the waves crash in was exhilarating) and though we didn't use the beach club very much, the gym, pool and restaurant were wonderful when we did. Golf at Puerto Los Cabos was expensive but spectacular. Kristen and Victor remained available to us at all time to answer questions. A spectacular vacation!"

"Zadun is a beautiful luxury resort, and the staff were outstanding. It’s designed for privacy, and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We loved our dinner at HUMO, breakfasts at El Barrio. If you want to be spoiled come here."
