"Perfect for a family with kids or without. Kids club was fantastic, my 8 and 6 year old didn’t want to leave. The adult pool area is amazing. Food is fantastic and so many options. Can’t wait to go back! "

"I recently stayed at Krystal Grand Los Cabos with my family, which is advertised as a four-star resort, but based on my experience, and having stayed at other all-inclusives, I would rate it closer to a three-star. The positives: the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the rooms were clean and serviced daily, and anything we needed (like extra towels) was brought quickly. The views were beautiful, and while the beach isn’t swimmable, it was stunning and we saw whales daily. The resort was also quiet and family-oriented, even during spring break, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. Activities were fun and not overly pushy. However, there were several downsides. Lounge chairs were always taken by early morning, and there were none on the beach. The resort frequently ran out of basic items like towels, ice, mint for drinks, and even had broken blenders at times. The food did not meet four-star expectations and felt low quality. Service at restaurants was very slow, with long waits for ordering, food, and even dessert sometimes up to an hour. Overall, while the staff and setting were great, the experience didn’t match a four-star standard and fell short compared to other resorts we’ve visited."

"We had an excellent holiday. The grounds were georgeous, the pools were great and the staff were very friendly and courteous. The resort was clean and cared for. The rooms were basic but clean and spacious. We are perplexed why people would complain about the food. The buffets had good variety and tasty dishes. Was it perfect.....no but I never left without having something good. The snack bar was bit iffey for me. The pool drinks had little alcohol in them but it was probably was for the best. They need to improve on the pool bar service and set up. The lobby bar made good quality drinks! The competition for pool chairs was a bit tiresome.Getting up early to get your seat was was not a problem because you got to witness the fantastic sunrise. There was always a free chair on the beach."

"Darling hotel close to the main square. Very affordable for the area. Comfortable bed, clean room and accommodating staff. There was a festival going on when I was there so it got a bit noisy as my room was on the street, but nothing I couldn't sleep through. "

"The room was nice, we could see the sea of Cortez and the Plaza from our window. Staff was great. One thing to keep in mind on holidays, like spring break or other big holidays the plaza can be pretty noisy with bands playing late into the night and it is pretty noisy in the rooms. Probably why they give one set of ear plugs. I also reserved a king size bed and ended up with 2 queens, so when you check in confirm your bed choice. We were unable to change because they didn't have any king beds left. Also the restaurant and bar were under remodeling for a month. Not a big issue but we should have been informed. Pleasant hotel with great location to the plaza area. "
