イースト アベニュー ホテル

「Make sure you bring your own toothbrush and paste. Very uncommon for such size of hotel chain to make you buy the bare necessities, including a body lotion. The receptionist on duty at my arrival was not bothered if anyone would come to the hotel. The male staff at the reception were all nice and helpful, making you feel welcomed and valued. The condition of the hotel was good in general. The wall behind the toilet in my bathroom was wet.」

「手頃な価格で全体的に小綺麗で良いと思うが、歯ブラシ、スリッパ、シェーバー、水などのアメニティが全くなかったので困った。周辺にも販売もしていない。有料でも販売してくれればまだ良いのにと感じた。」

「Thanks!」

「少し古いためかお手頃感がありますが、非常に過ごしやすいホテルでした。」

「Clean. Not much walkable around it. Got a great price.」

「The lady in the Front Desk is alwaya on her mobile phone ON SPEAKER and when a Guest comes just tells the person on the other line that she is assisting a guest so the person will not speak. But all the background noise from the phone can be heard. Totally unprofessional! The hot water in the lobby is unavailable and the staff for the overnight shift will just say that the water for the thermos is being prepared. Since it's just water, best to leave the thermos so its accessible anytime...

「The property was extremely clean, the staff very helpful. The rooms were set up nicely and were well maintained. It is a simple hotel, but priced very well and the best hotel we stayed at. The breakfast offerings are simple, but sufficient for one or two nights.」

「Our host Gary was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a beautiful classic building. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return!」
