"This is a really nice location. We have stayed at this particular location two years in a row now on spring break. The rooms are always clean and plenty big for a family of four. The pool is very nice and warm and the outside area with the fire pits is a very nice touch when it is cool outside. The breakfast in the morning is always more than enough options. The young lady at check-in could not have been any nicer and the staff throughout our stay were very welcoming. It is close to everything and having a Dunkin Donuts and Weigels gas station next door is great. We have been impressed both times and when the need arises would definitely stay here again. "

"The indoor pool area needs a good cleaning and the hot tub was barely even warm. The room/suite was spacious, but all items in our room were very worn. The bed was comfortable, tho! Breakfast was good- typical items including waffles, eggs, bacon etc. "

"We were in town for a competition at the wilderness. It was a short drive to where we needed to travel to. The staff at breakfast was great."

"No hot water at all. Staff did not inform us but other guests told us about it when we were hanging out at the pool and said they were told it was fixed... but it was not! My poor 9 year old had to take a cold shower for her dance competition. No staff at the front desk the next morning to discuss options. "

"This cabin is centrally situated close to Pigeon Forge in Sevierville. It looks just like the listing. It was clean and fit my family of 4 comfortably. There is no privacy for the master bedroom as it’s a loft. The driveway is not nearly as steep as other properties around making it a great booking for elderly or folks with small kids. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready to cook. Appliances were clean and all in working order. Having the washer/dryer combo was a great perk. We didn’t have to pack so much because we could wash and dry there. We would book this property again! "

"The cabin itself was beautiful and the setting was very nice. Communication with the host was easy, and they were quick to respond whenever I reached out, which I appreciated.However, there were several issues during our stay that made the experience disappointing. One of the main reasons I selected this cabin was because of the pool, and unfortunately we were unable to use it. When traveling with kids, the pool was a big factor in choosing this property.When we first arrived, there were quite a few dead ladybugs throughout the cabin and I had to sweep again upon arrival. I also noticed hair under the coffee table and dust on the end tables. In one of the upstairs rooms there were dust bunnies, cobwebs, and even a milk jug ring under the bed where it didn’t appear to have been cleaned. The comforters also had stains and hair on them.We also ran into some supply issues. There were only about 3–4 paper towels left on the roll with no extras provided. There were only two extra wrapped toilet paper rolls and the rest of the rolls were less than half full. I also had to request dishwasher tabs during the stay.The host did offer a discount, which I appreciated, but it was around 10% or less and didn’t fully make up for the issues we encountered.Overall, the cabin itself is beautiful and the host communicates well, but the cleanliness, supplies, and the inability to use the pool made this stay not quite what we expected."

"Exactly as pictured, nice and cozy for 2 adults and 3 kids. Probably would have been harder with more due to the amount of furniture in kitchen and living room. We loved the hot tub and the wrap around porch. Was the best price for size in the area. Would stay again overall "
