Having the large suite with the washer and dryer was amazing. It’s walkable to a ton of restaurants and right across from the Dolly statue. For the price especially, it was amazing, but the overall feel of the place with a great bed and good sized kitchen was a treat to stay in.
Easy in and out, loved the location. We went to the waterpark and it was only 2 miles away. Had a washer and dryer for the bathing suits and towels which was a plus. Only minor complaint was washing your face in the sink is hard if you’re shorter.

Room was spotless, Carla at the check in desk was friendly and helpful!
This was beautiful. The historic charm was amazing. This will definitely be where we stay during our next visit. The only thing we missed was the Sky Lounge. Loved it!!!
The rooms were beautiful, clean, and inviting. Having laundry was a bonus. Parking was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to be contacted ahead of arrival to check on our needs and to confirm arrival times. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and wanted something unique and special. This fit the bill! I highly recommend and will book again.

Large Rooms. Great location. Some reviews mentioned the noise. It is in the heart of town so that's expected and is no different than most any other hotel we have stayed at. Would definitely stay here again.
Room was huge and clean. Only downsides were the noisy traffic and noisy hvac. It was also a little drafty so a tad cold no matter what at times. The coffee shop had the best lattes I’ve had. Overall it was comfortable, but if you’re sensitive to noise at night or drafty windows/doors I’d recommend staying somewhere else.
Very clean, nice and spacious rooms. The kitchen has a large countertop and a big fridge with a water filter. The beds and pillows were super comfortable.
We absolutely loved our stay. I just wished we had a couple larger frying pans. Overall great place and would definitely stay again. Staff was amazing!
The location is good as far as being able to walk to restaurants and the restaurant in the hotel, Seasons 101, is excellent! I do not like the noise from the main road in front of the hotel. It is very loud. You do have sound machines in each room, but it’s still is overpowering. The shower that was in both bathrooms, room 2206, were terrible. They were overhead rain style showerheads with no adjustments. The shower was actually very hard as the water came out and it is only about 3‘ x 3‘ so there’s not a lot of room to even turn around or bend down.
We only had one encounter with the staff at the front desk on the first day when we checked in other than that we did not see any other staff besides one cleaning person.
Other than the showers, the kitchen area is great, the bed was OK but the bedroom and bathrooms are small. Very nice, modern and clean, however.
I really loved this historic hotel with a modern remodel. The staff was great. The rooms were huge and very clean. We will return every time we are in town.
The hotel and staff were great! The sizing and space of the suite was wonderful. We had a party of 7 and it was enough space for everyone. There was a lot of things to do around the hotel that wasn’t too far and the staff was wonderful even helping with a late check-in.
Beds were great, rooms were spacious, but could’ve use more hooks in bathroom for towels or towel bars. Wished restaurant was open daily especially for breakfast. Coffee shop was fine however. Location was great and employees were very, very friendly.
This place is completely renovated. It has everything you need for your stay. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, and plenty room. Located in downtown Sevierville, but very convenient to drive into Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The location is easy to get out of. There is a restaurant attached and many other places to get food right nearby. Also giving five stars to Kathy who works there!
This historic hotel was spot on! We really liked the throw back feel that first greets you upon pulling up to the hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and boast a complete kitchen! The location was very close to everything you may need or want to do. I wish we could’ve tried the restaurant but there wasn’t enough time for us. Also, the hotel has a super cute coffee shop that we missed out on as well. The staff was friendly and considerate. I would highly recommend this hotel for absolutely any type of traveler.
