"With keeping in mind that the building has been there since the 1890's , its cute! We were on the 4th floor and the rooms were well kept and clean. The view of the river was lovley. The 4th floor has its own , what we called our living room(multiple couches and lovely decor) The beds were confortable and they had ice avaiable at the front desk. I didnt see any sketchy people around, but i know there is some jn the area. Its a short walk to 18$ parking and a gorgeous river front park. Will...

"What a gem this place is. Our first visit to North Van. Gorgeous property on the river. Close to all the hiking trails. Our hosts were so nice and shared lots of info about the area. Very clean and tidy room and bathroom. Bed was super comfortable. Had an incredible sleep after a day of hiking. Eggs and bacon for breakfast with fresh fruit, toast and preserves. Will stay again in future and highly recommend. "
