Room did not have internet . Tv requires to see live tv. lock on door were missing. False advertising. It took over half an hour to find somebody to get keys for the room the office closed and had a big dog in it. I have postures, send me a link. I would appreciate some kind of reimbusement

Room fairly spacious and clean, staff friendly, quiet accommodations. The decor is slightly dated, mattress unusually soft and the tub/toilet are a bit small. While the bottom of the bathtub had some sort of non-slip treatment, it’s not very good and there are no grab bar
