「First, we travel with the Service dog and were charged to stay in a pet room that was higher than the price guaranteed on Expedia. Taxes were NOT included and added to increase the price more upon check in. When I questioned this, staff said it was “ because pet rooms only had king beds.” We had to go get a broom to sweep out our room because there was so much debris on the floor.
