Very convevient for tides down the line (i.e. Restaurants, Haight Street and Downtown) Coffee place (Java Beach) is next door, Ocean Beach Access is across the street, and it's only a few blocks to Golden Gate Park. "

"I stayed here for 3 nights with my family of 4. The property is definitely in need of updates. The rooms are bare bones…broken dresser, no tv remote, busted lamps, weird outlet wiring. The beds are decent but it was very hard to sleep with all of the noise. Between the cars revving engines, doors slamming at all hours, walls so thin I could hear my neighbors sleep apnea, two random guys screaming at 1 am, and animals scampering on the roof it was impossible to sleep. Stairways were filthy and ln disrepair. The only saving grace was the wonderful maid that cleaned each morning and the location….The sunsets can’t be beat. I won’t be staying here again. "
