「場所が少し不便な所にあり、しかも急な坂道を登らないといけないのが少し不便だった。延泊し2泊したが1泊目の部屋が暖房が効いておらず寒かった。2泊目の部屋は暖かった。建物の外観、部屋の雰囲気はとても良かった。またお風呂は広く快適だった。朝食は数種類から選べ、2種類食べたがどちらも美味しかった。パンとサーモンが美味しい。 夜はホテルに併設しているインド料理を食べたが、宿泊者は割引があり、味も美味しかった。 ダラムに着いて初めての宿泊先、食事だったが、こちらのホテルのおかげで、ダラムの印象が良いものとなった。」

「Very pretty pub with nice rooms above. In a great quiet location. The rooms were quaint but with modern amenties and well maintained. Breakfast was great as was dinner in the pub. The staff were very friendly.」

「Great hotel set in lovely lawned grounds. Helpful and friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble and they are very chatty, they clearly enjoy talking about their local area」

「We stayed here for a wedding at dalton old pump house. Not far from the place easy by taxi £20. Room was clean lovely and a massive bed. Bathroom was small but everything you need. Breakfast was lovely and staff helpful too.」

「Nice views of harbour from front windows. House had a musty smell and was showing its age. Bit of water damage one the ceiling of one of the bedrooms was a bit off putting. Owner was helpful with questions. 」
