「The hotel is on top of a lovely, vibrant, atmospheric pub (hence some music until late). Very friendly welcome, helpful, friendly staff. Great atmosphere in the pub. The room a little more basic than expected, our "standard" TV did not work but after some help with the WiFi we could get Neflix etc. Bed was clean and comfy, the shower nice and powerful, bathroom a little on the small side. There was a kitchenette however which was great, with kettle and microwave oven, could be useful if staying...

「We were initially given a room on the first floor, but on returning after going for a meal, we were asked to move, to a room on the ground floor. After five minutes we were asked to move again to the first floor, next to our original room!. The receptionist was very apologetic. We think the bathroom needs updating, it has a shower over the bath, but no hand rails, so getting in and out, can be difficult, as there is nothing to hold on to.」

「Good location. Spacious room and good value for money but it feels a bit unnecessary to only give 30 minutes free wi-fi and ask people to pay after that.」

「ホテルはキーサイド地区というタイン川の近くの雰囲気のよいエリアにあり、ホテルの周りにはオシャレな飲食店が沢山あり便利でした。鉄道駅にも徒歩10分くらいです。ホテルは写真付きIDがないとチェックイン出来ないようなので、ご注意ください。　テレビ、wifi使用は24時間で５ポンド程の別料金がかかります。幸い、私の部屋には窓があったせいか、ホテルのwifiを使わなくても電波が通じました。３泊しましたが部屋の清掃はなく、トイレットペーパーやタオルの替えなど、必要な物はフロントで言うともらえました。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも別途５ポンドかかりました。　色々と合理的な方針のホテルでしたが、フロントの方も親切で部屋も清潔に保たれていました。こちらに来る際はまた利用したいです。」

「We stayed in room5 top floor 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed for 1. Bedding and towels were new and fresh. Bathrooms were spotless. Small fridge, kettle , toaster and microwave all look new . Coffee /tea complimentary. TV in lounge . We were visiting family so needed somewhere local and pet friendly. We have stayed at a couple of other places where the Mayfield is and can honestly say this one has been the cleanest and most relaxing stay. Love the short walk to shops restaurants and the...

「Initially, there was some ambiguity about the check in, however as soon as I contacted the service provider, the manager arrived at the property in person and solved the issue. I didn't expect that prompt and kind reaction in response to my problem. I'm sure their business will flourish swiftly as they have put their customers' satisfaction at the centre of it. They are caring and fair and I wish them prosperous years a head.」

「Great having private access to the rooms, however the stairs are very steep. The room had everything I needed for my short stay but it does feel a little unloved. I will be back.」
