"Overall a great hotel, especially for those visiting the adjacent convention center.my room was clean and comfortable and reasonably quiet. The parking/check in was a bit stressful and not convenient for unloading luggage before self parking. I had to make two trips to the garage and the elevator in the garage was pretty unpleasant. Other than that I’d definitely recommend this hotel. The staff at the front desk were all very helpful."

Beds were a medium firmness. Walls were well insulated. We were impressed with how nice it felt in the room. They have a cool pancake robot at breakfast. Our chief complaints were that: 1) We asked for a quiet room and staff put us directly next to the only other family on our side of the building. We could clearly see that there were plenty of available clean rooms that were more quiet and isolated. 2) There was no elevator."
