Hotel Bo, a Days Inn by Wyndham Chattanooga Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Incredible stay. Room was great, staff was super nice and accommodating. Great muffins in the am and fantastic bar. At midnight the parking lot was packed. Ashley came out and made sure we had a spot. Above and beyond. We now have our Go To hotel when we come to town. Thanks for a great experience."
"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and thankfully were able to accommodate my early check in, which kind of saved my weekend after a long red-eye flight. The room itself, while nothing fancy, was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was surprisingly comfy. I tend to not sleep well in hotels because the pillows are either too firm or too squishy, but honestly the pillows were pretty perfect. The location is pretty convenient as well. I doubt I'll be back to Chattanooga, but if YOU'RE going, don't hesitate to stay here. Definitely a good value."
"IMMACULATE. Do not hesitate on booking this one. This was seriously the greatest hotel experience I have had in my entire life. As a Chattanooga resident, I can honestly say that this is absolutely the best hotel to stay at for the perfect Chattanooga experience. The hotel room was so cozy a comfortable that I truly did not want to leave. The pool and courtyards were beautiful. The train cars and easy access to EVERYTHING at the Choo Choo made everything so easy and just had the coolest vibe and allowed us to make the best of every minute. The owners have done an amazing job at creating a seamless atmosphere that sucks you in and makes you feel like you have went back in time to early 1900’s Chattanooga. Was like being in a movie. Also let me just say, this is the cleanest hotel I have ever been in, the most comfortable beds and the most luxurious shower. Also as a person with an injury, I found the patio areas with access to the parking lot (which there were lots of places to get close parking to our room) to make things so much easier when I needed to save my legs from a long day. The area is also chocked full of amazing restaurants and things to do. Great hotel for anything from families to weddings. Very short walk to some of the best restaurants in town."
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chattanooga Downtown/Cameron Harbor
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was great except the breakfast.
Staff was amazing, Room was clean, big an very nice.
Excellent service of valet parking.
We slept great no noise 😊"
"The hotel location is excellent, two blocks or less from the river, Aquarium, Imax, children's museum and the baseball stadium. Plenty of food options within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. They also have a private parking lot, but costs $20/day. The only negative I have regarding the hotel is that road noise from Hwy 27 is noticeable.
My complaint is regarding Expedia. We booked a one-room suite through Expedia. Upon reaching the hotel, we were told that Expedia often "oversells" these rooms and our preference was not available. However, the hotel offered us a studio suite with free parking as compensation for the mix-up. So, we worked it out."
