"The staff was kind and being in downtown a lot of restaurants were walking distance. Only complaint is parjing"

"Chattanooga and the choo-choo are both iconic. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed how close it is to many restaurants that are worth a visit."

"Breakfast was undercooked and lacked variety. The property was nice. The pool was fine. "

"Parking is a bit limited but adequate during our stay. Staff were helpful and caring. One thing was the front desk took a $60 incidental charge to my credit card stating "you will get it back upon checking out". That was not the case. Said we would receive back in one to two weeks. We booked through a 3rd party, but that 3rd party did not charge. The hotel staff put the charge on my credit card upon arrival. They should be true to their word."
