ダウンタウン チャタヌガ ホテル

「We were generally very pleased with our room, spacious, clean and well appointed. The beds were large and comfortable and the shower was probably the most powerful we have ever used Our room was situated next to the busy reception area and foyer – upon reflection we likely would have preferred a more distant room but ultimately we enjoyed a very pleasant stay. Simply by reason of the room’s location at ground and decorated with darker colours we could not always choose daylight and would have...

「Room was comfortable- entire building exceptionally clean. Staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and happy hour offerings were delicious and abundant. My one complaint is that our room faced the freeway and I was awoken several times a night by sirens and loud trucks- but the rest of our experience supersedes that one negative!」

「The location is great. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. The staff at front was friendly. 」

「清潔で広い部屋が最高。スリッパはなし。歯ブラシはフロントで聞いたらもらえる。歯磨き粉なし。寝巻きもなし」

「Check in was provided by a professional valet and receptionist. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Dinner at the restaurant/bar was vey enjoyable.」

「Another amazing stay!」

「My stay at La Quinta in Chattanooga was very pleasant. The room was exceptionally clean, and overall the hotel was well maintained. The breakfast was okay, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a positive experience and would stay here again.」

「No wifi for the television. Staff wasn’t aware how to fix internet. Checked in at 5:00pm and was told be front staff they needed to check to see if room was clean. Seemed unprofessional.」

I didn't check in until 4am and was really hoping for a late checkout (at least 1pm) even for a fee but was adamantly told that noon was the very latest. That might have been at least ok but man are they in a hurry to get you out of there. With my noon checkout in the system they STILL knocked on my door AND called me around 11 to make sure that I was leaving, interrupting my much needed sleep TWO separate times. That was...
