"Staff was making tiktok videos while we were trying to check in. I had already did the pre check in in the morning of my check in date and was told when i arrived i needed to add another card bc they couldn't see the card. I did this and within 2 hours born cards were charged and 5 days later, still no resolve. The 50$ deposit they add to the card is too cover any room service you may ask for etc. We used none so that money was going towards to 53$ parking thru don't tell you about bc I'm handicap n use a scooter. So therefore i actually paid over 100$ for that parking space. Staff was unhelpful in the morning and the free breakfast was garage. Orange juice was disgusting, there was nothing hot to eat, nothing but bread products and Cold coffee"

"The room was clean but wished had a microwave, one on 3rd floor was small and dirty. Elevators smelled good Restaurant was AWESOME! food was great day/night service was good during day but at night not enough staff. wish they had served breakfast. Overall enjoyed the visit."

"Terrible condions! Hotel needs a serious remodel. Moldings around bathroom were black and deteriorating, broken faceplates on light switches, outlets hanging out of the wall, broken toilet paper holder, missing room numbers written on the wall with sharpie, smells like an ashtray with filthy smoke stained curtains, and the ceiling looks like it has water damage. Definitely do not recommend this place"

"Great clean hotel and had a wonderful view of the harbor. It was quiet. My main concern was the restaurant. I went once and sat and never recognized and a second time it was closed. I did use the coffee shop but it closed early. Staff very nice. I would stay again if I knew the restaurant would be serving. "

"The rooms were clean and large. Couldn’t use the pool because it was outdooors. Their tvs were too old to connect to Netflix or anything of that sort. Television had regular channels like it was connected to an antenna. This hotel was nice but lacking in amenities. Breakfast was great, nice spread of different foods. I wouldn’t stay again though. Oh yeah hotel was small with 2 slow moving elevators."
