"Excellent location right on waterfront and next to concert venue. Expected city noise, didn’t expect overnight construction activity. Very difficult for parking, festival and concert, limited options. Reservation was booked for 2 Queen beds and when we checked in, the front desk said because it was booked through third party, they were at liberty to change the room to a king room and they were sold out! Okay… we took that option but certainly wouldn’t have booked the property if that had been known in advance. Oh well… life goes on and we enjoyed visiting the area."

"My husband and I spent an amazing evening at this hotel. The room itself was absolutely beautiful. The view was AWESOME! Customer Service was GREAT! Our entire experience was SUPERB. We will be booking again definitely."

"Nice location and affordable, BUT upgrades are needed. Elevator buttons dont work properly. Bathroom needs to be re-grouted, stains on the couch. The underside of the blanket had old cigarette burns. Other than that. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"Everything was amazing. The valet man was so amazing and helped bring our bags across the street (we self parked) and help us up the disability ramp and took our bags to our room. Everyone was so amazing. Breakfast was good, and we LOVED the free flower seeds in the lobby. We will definitely stay again. "
