Not a luxury place but clean, and peaceful in late December. Also very accessible to all the fun in Duck. We enjoyed placing shuffle board there and if you enjoy tennis, and a nice indoor hot tub, you will really like that benefit there. Unusual to find those amenities. Kids will enjoy it! "
