A pleasant stay converted into nighmare

Very pathetic experience. The Hotel first dishonored the booking confirmed through Hotel.com. My son was forced to wait for few hours for room against confirmed booking and it was given only after the intervention of Hotel.com from India as local support at Dubai is not available. The guest has to argue for Breakfast for which charges are included in the tariff. A big question mark of checkout time. As per Hotel.com , the check out time at hotel is 1500 hours whereas at Dubai, the Hotel Desk ask its guests to vacate the room at 1200 hours. Very painful and pathetic stay and not much help is available from Hotel.com.

Problem the first night

First night at around 3 am the guys from next door started knowing our door that was soooo scary ..we cld the security and the night manager ..he then changed our room . The staff is very pleasant .. Sply asad at the front desk he was very sweet and helpful

Tolle lage

Ausser dass dieses hotel sehr gute verkehrsanbindung verfügt,gibts kein andern grund für mich hier irgendwann nochmals zu übernachten,trotz des email mit der reservierungsnummer von expedia war meine buchung niemanden bekannt .45 minuten musste ich warten bis ein der mitarbeiter die buchung rausgefunden hat einchecken sollte gegen 14 uhr möglich sein aber erst gegen 15 uhr war das zimmer bereit hatte ne suite für 103 euro die nacht gebucht ,ausser alte möblel schimmel im bad veraltet teppichboden stinkende zimmern hat dieses hotel wirklich nicht zu bieten ausser Nachtclubs im hotel .

Very bad hotel Nose all the night from the night club you cant sleep Breakfast was desaster as they have problem this is why they send us to an indian rest out side the hotel which was dirty The key was not working for 2 days No hot water in the room

After confirm reservation no room available

I made online reservation through Expedia,got the confirmation but when I went to hotel ,reception staff inform me that Expedia has cancelled my booking because I not paid, since I was knowing these is lie, so I had shown confirmation to staff and show him that I have to pay at hotel after that staff inform me that we are fully booked , and help is done by them its worst experience by Expedia, and by hotel

Book you room through web-sites, you will get just 4 walls to stay, Generally Hotel never ask your comfort, in 6 days of stay , i never get a room with good view out-side. This is worst with online system

Not good at all for business persons and families, 2 bars and a night club + prostitutes , pimps, yelling securities, etc. Wow !!!!!!!! No sleeping during the nights because of horrifying noise of band, drum and extra loud music !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible internet. Bad promising management and staff.

Geen goed hotel, schimmel in de kamers, toen wij het aangaven zei de hotelpersoneel dat het de verf was terwijl je de schimmel al ruikte zodra je de kamer opendeed. wij vroegen naar een ander kamer maar dat was op dat moment niet beschikbaar we zouden de volgende dag om 8 uur een ander kamer krijgen maar kregen die niet, bij navraag werd gezegd kom maarom 2 uur terug, dan was t weer dat er weer geen kamers waren en dat het de volgende dag wel het geval zou zijn. Personeel negeerde ons, We vroegen ook nog om een taxi om ons af te zetten op de airport en toen werd er gezegd neem maar buiten 2 taxi's. Nooit meer daar.

Great Locations and value for money..

small things that could make a difference are the absence of tea/coffee making options in the room, weak wifi due to routers being placed in the passage from the rooms.. Staff were courteous but one guy (Ali) was excellent.. the pubs are pricy and serve a different purpose altogether but the downside is, guests not allowed in the rooms.. I had read about the noise and asked for higher floors and got a room on the top floor.. perfect to cut out the noise completely!! Whatever little the hotel lacks is made up by the Location, it is a great value for money proposition!!

Zimmer dreckig und runtergekommen. Müssten dringend saniert werden. Bis auf die steckdose am Fernseher ging keine andere. Alle kaputt. Frühstück War ok. Wir würden nicht wieder hinfahren.

Skummel hotel tæt på metro

Hotellet og værelserne ser godt udefra, men der stopper det positive. Hotellet har to clubber og en pub hvor der virkeligt spilles højt musik natten lang selvom jeg boede på 4. etage var støjen ikke til at udholde om natten derudover er diskoteket fyldt med protesterede. Hotellet ligner mest et mafia styret sted hvor selv taxierne udenfor er organaseret da det kun er de taxier de tillader der holder udenfor. Derfor kan hottellet ikke anbefales, dog er positive ved hotellet at det ligger tæt på metro og at der er gode shopping omkring. Room servicen er dog uforskammet eftersom de bare kommer ind på værelset uden tilladelse så hvis man ikke lige er stået ud af sengen bliver sengen ikke redt.

Overbooking

I booked over a month before my stay. I received a confirmation from expedia. On the day i arrived early and was told by the hotel that the room will be ready after 1pm as per their check in policy and given a confirmation. When i returned to the hotel at 6pm i was told my booking had been cancelled. it still appeared on the Expedia site as confirmed. After spending 3 hours arguing with the hotel staff and calling expedia on a very long, long distance call , the hotel finally accepted to book me into another hotel and pay for it.
