The room was nice, with a nice view on a high floor. We enjoyed the space, and the amenities. The club lounge was non existent, I wasn’t told before I had arrived that this wouldn’t be provided. The hotel offered 1x buffet dinner and a drink however I was disappointed that what I had booked wasn’t provided! The lobby was smaller than expected, but the staff were quite nice. The cleaning staff made sure the room was cleaned properly. The breakfast was okay, with different dishes provided.

Great hotel. We had room 40 with a Burj Khalifa room and it was amazing. Staff were very good and every request was granted. Only thing is there is a long wait for the lifts and they all don't seem to be running at anyone time. Overall a great stay.

Right from our arrival, the check-in staff were fantastic! The breakfast offered a large variety of quality food. The young lady at the door 'Faith' was smiley and offered a warm welcome. The buffet manager "Chandon" was super helpful and attentive to everyone's needs. All in all a wonderful experience! I would go back to this hotel anytime!
