it is nice hotel but the location very bad for me

the location only good for people like indian food & it is far from Metro station specially when you wake in very hot weather & high humidity

This hotel is not a family friendly hotel. A lot of noise during night time, hardly we were able to sleep. Preference is given to the night club activities. Dubai government has to curb these nightclub activities otherwise it’s difficult for a family to come and enjoy the Dubai city.

This was our second recent visit and again, the Royal Ascot Hotel in Bur Dubai proved an excellent choice. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The level of service was consistently outstanding, making our stay truly enjoyable and relaxing. A special thanks to Saima, Mano, Sahid, Santosh, Srinivas, Joyla, and Kshtij for their exceptional hospitality and attentive service throughout our stay. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after, making us feel valued as guests. The hotel continues to maintain immaculate standards, with clean, well-presented rooms that make it a fantastic place to stay. The welcoming atmosphere, combined with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, made our visit truly memorable. We would happily stay at the Royal Ascot Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bur Dubai. Once again, a well-deserved 10/10!

Location of property is unique walking distance to metro ,public transportation , Taxi, Gold souk in Deira across the creek by boat for one cost of one Dirham ,Sport bar. Rooms are very spacious , and on top of all reasonable price .I have been stating at Royal Ascot for many years.

The check in was very tough. We booked two rooms and they did not allow the kid in second room while the web site says sleep up to four people. They charged us for extra BED. Not good. I am disappointed.
