very good place, Burf Kalifa, fountains, mall, everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself needs at least cosmetic repairs. For a relatively small price, you can use the excellent hotel pool and cafes. Pool services are excellent.Lifguard Ramit and Jivan very friendly and helpful

Firstly, they requested all information about my arrival in advance of check-in day. The agent repeatedly texted me, inquiring about my location and estimated arrival time at the lobby. While the apartment's location is fantastic, the actual unit falls short of expectations. The kitchen sink and countertop were dirty, some table lamp lights and the TV were not functioning, and the kitchen ceiling urgently needs cleaning. The bathroom's hot water lasts for less than a minute. The apartment, especially the bathroom, requires significant upgrades, with old and heavily used furniture, broken tiles, and dirty walls. Additionally, the safe was locked, rendering it unusable. Overall, the apartment is not well-maintained, lacking proper care and attention to detail.
