"The site is shared with Studio 6 and Motel 6. It looks like it is under construction. It sits far back from the Interstate and there is a lot of chainlink fence and empty space in front of the site. Parking is woefully inadequate and inconvenient. The only landscaping were 2 Palm Trees. While Motel 6 is known as a "value" brand when comparing others, staying here made me feel 'embarrassed & poor'."

"Had a great time. The host was very quick to resolve a few hiccups that happened due to the recent flooding. The two houses were just a described. Had a great mini vacay."

"We booked this property for the weekend of July 4th- which happened to be during the catastrophic flooding event. Although trip insurance was not purchased I feel like that trip should have been refunded due to the severe circumstances around the area. We did stay one of 2 nights purchased but we were unable to enjoy to area due to the tragedy at hand. I will say although the home itself was cute there were issues with dirty bedding in the master bedroom that hadn’t been changed obviously. The water also smells the home up with a sulfur smell when the shower was used. "

"We had a great family vacation in NBTX! The property was just as pictured, clean, plenty of room and the deer were plentiful! Centrally located, easy to get to all NBTX attractions and dining. Would love to be able to stay again in the future."
"The house is very nice and clean with tile flooring throughout. Comfy beds, nice linens/towels and plenty of supplies. Quiet area with wildlife - saw deer and a fox in very nice landscaped backyard. A/C worked well to compensate for the Texas heat. No issues with WiFi. Host was very responsive and accommodating."
