This complex is the perfect getaway for couples and families.
The ranch features wildlife and many activities on property including swimming, tennis, or simply strolling along the many stone-lined paths through beautiful oak trees.

T-Bar- M 121 is a large spacious condo offering 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps and allows 12 guests maximum.
Master: King -downstairs- ensuite bath
2nd Bedroom: Queen -downstairs- ensuite bath
3rd Bedroom: 2 Bunk Beds with Full Bottom/Twin Top -upstairs- shared bath
4th Bedroom: Queen -upstairs- shared bath

This gorgeous condo has a full kitchen, access to tennis courts, swimming, and grills by pool area.
Nestled in the Texas Hill Country T-Bar-M Ranch is conveniently located about 15 minutes from New Braunfels' charming downtown district, dancing and dining in historic Gruene, splashing at world-famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark and tubing down the crystal blue waters of the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby.

Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.

*If booking through Airbnb, the "Prices include all fees" does not apply if you're bringing a pet.
Pet-Friendly unit with the following fees: 2 pets max.
$25/day/pet
$60 Pet Cleaning fee (this is for interior ONLY and NOT picking up after the dog in yard)
(This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, digging, and unreported housetraining accidents.)
$500 Pet Deposit 7-10 business days after your departure refunded back to the cc on file with no damages or violations.

We had a great family vacation in NBTX! The property was just as pictured, clean, plenty of room and the deer were plentiful! Centrally located, easy to get to all NBTX attractions and dining. Would love to be able to stay again in the future.

Beautiful stay

It was a beautiful space. Everything that was needed was there. Our girls stayed for a softball tournament in the area and didn’t get to enjoy all that the place had to offer. We all agreed to come back again to enjoy the property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super happy with the property! Due to unforeseen flooding in the area I called to see if early check in was available and they worked with housekeeping to get us in sooner. Inside accommodated all of our needs and 3 full baths was a total score for the amount of people in our party. We did see some cosmetic issues with parts of the couches and reported those easily via text to property assistant and she replied swiftly. Overall the amenities onsite were great! We plan to return to this property.

The dish washer was disgusting, the dishes were stained and had to rewash the majority of them, it also rained a little bit of our trip and there was a leak in the roof in the living room, in the master bedroom and the 2nd room upstairs. There was also mold in the ice maker and water dispenser, I took pictures and have video. Tried to reach out to the management about the mold and never got a call back. Decent place but for the price I paid was disappointed in the mold, leaking roof,dirty dishes and nasty dishwasher. Might stay again if they fix this issues. Enjoyed the deer and how close things were in the area and the pool is a good size too.

Good Property, communication issues

The actual property was great, only complaint was that the mattresses were incredibly firm and not too comfortable. We had issues receiving check in information and the property manager was not good at responding at all. Ended up leaving it as best we could but never got any information on how to leave the property at check out and property manager stopped responding to messages.
