"The location of the hotel was great!! Close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and much more. The hotel needs updated. I stayed for a week and housekeeping only would come if I would ask. I think being there a week they should come at least a couple times. Otherwise it was pretty clean. The rooms were really loud around us. So that was annoying. The pool and hot tub is ok… nothing special. The cost was fair considering the accommodations"

The phone didn’t work. The tv controller didn’t had batteries. There were no towels in the restroom. No soap so I had to go down to the lobby because the phone didn’t work. They told me that they didn’t give out shampoo only soap. "
