「Our stay at the 306 S&W condo could not have been more perfect to celebrate our anniversary. We were married in Asheville many years ago so we know Asheville fairly well. 「A very nice condo in a great location. Our host was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. 」

「Great stay, comfortable beds and sofas for sleep and resting up between exploring the town. Excellent walkable location highly recommend.」

「It was a great location as far as getting to places. I do want to mention the bus stop across the street. It didn’t bother us at all but some people it might. We saw about 7 or 8 homeless people but again that does not bother me. Super clean and well stocked. 」

「The property was clean and had everything we needed for my family of four. We really loved the location. It was over a great bakery/ breakfast place and a restaurant. There are also quaint and delicious restaurants within walking distance from the condo. This condo has been updated but a few elements have been kept to make it very charming, like original wood floors and doors. We had a good time there. 」
