「Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room」

「The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!」

「We loved being so close to the center of Mystic! We would have loved to have nicer weather to enjoy the bikes and kayaks, but with a Nor’Easter bearing down on us, we just enjoyed watching the brackish water and blowing sideways rain through the water facing picture window from the comfort and warmth of The Bluffs house lower level. Communication was great as we weren’t sure if there was danger of flooding due to the impending storm. The complimentary bottle of local wine was a nice touch (and...
