「前回滞在して，立地が良かったので，今回も利用しましたが，長旅の疲れを癒そうとベッドのシーツをめくった瞬間，なんとなが〜い髪の毛が‼︎気になってさらにシーツをめくってみたら，長いのと短いのと合わせて3本発見‼︎フロントに報告し，お部屋を変えてくれる事になり，フロントのスタッフとその部屋へ行き，スタッフが念のためベッドのチェックをしましょうとシーツを開けた瞬間，また髪の毛‼︎他にもうお部屋がないという事で，仕方なく一晩過ごし，スタッフが翌日にはマネージャーに報告してくれると，丁寧にしてお詫びの言葉があったのは良かったのですが，翌日チェックアウト時にマネージャーは何もその事に触れることなく、事務的にチェックアウトを進めようとしたので、シーツの件について言ったら，ただハウスキーピングに確認したら，シーツは替えてるとの答えでした。何の謝りの言葉もなく‼︎ もう2度とこちらを利用したくないと思いました。」

「Jay and the manager were wonderful! Funny, full of great information, and they made us feel so welcome and at home. The french toast bread pudding at breakfast was delicious, the Ship Pub is so fun for happy hour, and our dinner at 1637 was delightful with a beautiful view. We added the cheese/fruit/cracker plate to our room and it was so yummy and perfect for late night munchies!」
