The A/C in our room was completely broken, and the temperature stayed around 80 degrees the entire time, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. When we brought the issue to staff, manager Emily was dismissive, showed no empathy, and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. No real solution was offered. 「I dont know how it usually works at hotels in the area, but I arrived at the hotel around 5PM and no one was around. I found a room key and a note and I let myself into the room which was located right by the counter So when people were checking out in the morning, I could hear everything and woke me up. I also stayed at other hotels in the area, and by comparison, the price here was higher. So, I cannot say it was a good experience. Other than that, the room was neat and in the great location.」
