「Halls & room had extremely foul odors! Rugs were filthy. The entire place has fallen into a sorry state! Hot tub has been broken for 2 years!!」

「I can’t rate this hotel any lower than allowed but would if I could. When I got there the doors were locked and no one answered my calls or even called me back.
