「Beautiful home. Very comfortable and spacious for our party of 8. The host responded quickly when we called him, when we had an issue. Would recommend this home to potential renters. Home is close to downtown and a short drive to fun attractions in the White Mountain area.」

「We had a lovely time at this property. It is cozy, well stocked with what we needed, and clean. Nice location convenient to the charms of New England. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, with family on site who was helpful and friendly. It was also very dog friendly, which was important us. Very nice and charming rental for what we were looking for!」

「Absolutely loved this property! The house and grounds were beautiful with breathtaking views, so peaceful, and the cows were so much fun!」

「It was not clear to us from the listing that there would be others renting within the same building; that said, they were unobtrusive and parking was ample.Small detains: no dish towels, unclear how to turn off the A/C (noisy), and no extra toilet paper in the downstairs bathroom. Also couldn’t re-close the lock box, so we just left the key in it, but open.Loved the quiet & bird life in the field, viewed from the porch. Walpole and Westmoreland farms are very beautiful.」

「The property was charming, my only real issue was the insane amount of flies and lady bugs in the rooms. My daughter who is terrified of bugs was struggling mentally with them. We did not use the family room or the kitchen. I will say that the bed was super comfy. 」

「We always have the best family time at Sullivan Farm and this stay was no exception. With all the rain we enjoyed spike ball in the barn, great selection of board games, and Bennet’s Sugar Shack (delicious!). My son was thrilled to have our first bear sighting at the farm! Of course our walk to the waterfall was spectacular and so good for the soul. Thank you Rob!!!」

「Great stay, host was easy to communicate with. House was clean, well kept and has everything we needed. 」

「The Owners, Carole and Bruce where very warming during our arrival. The room my Wife and I where in, room B is very charming and comfortable with a shared deck where we had coffee in the morning and dinner at night. A wonderful breeze was always present making the hot days pleasant. Marianne who helps Carole take care of the Inn was also very welcoming when we arrived. The one mile dirt road to the farm atop a beautiful high hill with beautiful views is very well maintained for all types of...
