"Tidy & clean villa. I had a query and Jodie dealt with it straight away. Villa is in a good location and in a quiet area. Villa facilities good overall. Plenty of plates, glassware and cutlery. We had an enjoyable stay. "

"Had a ground floor preferrred club pool view room with large balcony. Nice size room, large tv and good aircon. Mini bar restocked every day free of charge was a nice touch Staff all very friendly, good variety of food at breakfast and dinner and entertainment decent. 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Dont think you could do much better for the money Had a great holiday "

"My third time staying over due to the proximity to Playa Blanca and the family friendly nature of the THB Tropical especially for young children. Loads of pools and fun activities for the whole family.First visit was in 2018. However the rooms need refreshing. I appreciate that it’s an all year resort so doing up the rooms will be a nightmare financially. But my rooms looked, smelt and felt like a revamp was urgently needed. "

"Loved our stay, had a great week. Rooms cleaned daily bar one day, pools lovely, great location and friendly helpful staff. Only things that could have been improved were the pillows weren’t good and bedding could have been changed more than once. With having toddlers there was a lot of sand in the beds by the end of the week. "

"Stunning hotel in a perfect location. The staff are really friendly and look after you from the minute you arrive to leaving. Food is excellent we stayed in a superior room which was on the upper floor. Room was amazing very spacious and had use of the private pool. Has to rank among the best hotels we have visited."
