"Never saw a pool man all week. Hot tub appears to have leak. House toilet out of action all week due to cistern water running continuously. No oven to tableware eg pyrex dishes. Car access gate needs serious attention. Rusty and lock seized. No laundry basket. No hooks for backs of doors for hanging clothes eg bathroom. In short, not at all what we expected and we certainly won’t be back to this one."

"This is a lovely peaceful resort with lots of privacy, very spacious apartments, free parking and a lovely host team. The apartment rooms are large and the kitchen has everything you’d need - dishwasher, washing machine and big fridge freezer. We’d come back tomorrow if we could!"

"Wir bevorzugen normalerweise kleine Hotels, aber dieses grössere Hotel hat uns trotzdem sehr positiv überrascht. Die Atmosphäre war trotz der vielen Zimmer angenehm. Das Essen in Buffetform war sehr lecker, stets frisch und wurde laufend aufgefüllt. Besonders das Frühstück war unglaublich reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm. Die Promenade ist sehr schön, und Playa Blancs ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen."
