"There was no coffee maker, fridge, hangers, etc. Very bare minimum necessities. No hooks in bathroom or vanity area. No makeup mirror. Motel 6 offers more than this place. Casino had no game tables."

"Staff gave me a hard time about a slight difference in my name when I checked in. Even though I provided several forms of ID with both real names and nick names. Was rude and did not want to work with me since I booked through Expedia. First times that’s ever happened to me in 60 years on this earth."

"Front check in staff was not friendly. I asked about a charge when we checked that supposed to be $19. And I was charged $30. They were rude only responding that’s what we charge. We don’t travel very often so I needed an explanation on that charge; No smiles from either of the two women at the front desk just looks at utter disgust that I would even question that charge. Restaurant service was slow but very very friendly which made up for it. It was very full and only two servers but our server went above and beyond in kindness!"

"Casino area was nice but rooms were rundown and asked for nonsmoking and was placed in a smoking room that stunk like smoke all weekend"

"Staff was great and helpful! Room not up to par. Hot running water in first room, no warm or cold. Had to move once settled in from 23rd fl to 15th fl. Was late night. Had a tournament at 8am next day. Won't be staying there again."
