「Clean, well kept house.」

「We had a comfortable stay in Grace Cottage and enjoyed our week there. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and furnished and there was plenty of room for the 2 of us and our dog. The owners, Steve and Nicole made us very welcome with scones, clotted cream and jam and there was milk in the fridge and some delicious fruit juice. The location was traffic free and there was a lovely garden space to sit in. The local community shop was well stocked and proved very useful.」

「A lovely peaceful location, cottage well equipped and clean. Would recommend, not many amenities to hand without a drive. Lovely welcome pack included」

「Would not hesitate to recommend.」

「Absolutely charming place, lovely family run business, super welcoming, friendly, greeted by dogs, ducks and cows. Stunning peaceful location, just what I needed.」

「Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). 「We had an extended family break in relatively poor weather, so we were not able to enjoy the grounds which would have been a great plus. Dispute this we totally enjoyed the property with its large rooms. The kitchen is a galley lay out but worked better for us with little people. The hosts were outstanding with a us especially as we caused a few unforeseen issues.」

「Very Nice Cottage, Direct at the Waterfront with a nice view. The cottage has everything that you Need for daily life.」

「What a beautiful cottage! We had a wonderful week. We had a small issue, which Mark bent over backwards to help sort out. It felt like home and we loved it. A great base for exploring the north coast, the community shop was a godsend. Highly recommended.」

「Enough space for 6 of us, 2 adults, 3 kids and a dog. The house was arranged with the bedrooms and bathroom downstairs and the living quarters upstairs. The boys enjoyed the football table and PS4, and the dog enjoyed the small private garden and the enclosed field across the road. The property was clean and well looked after, and whilst very close to the House, we didn't hear any noise from our neighbours.」
