"Our room was ok. We've stayed there many times as our grandkids live in inver grove heights. We did notice it wasnt as clean as usual and it was showing much wear and tear. It was so nice and beautiful when it was new. It now seems like its just like a 4 star hotel that we could get in the area for a much cheaper price. We also noticed the pool area was dinge, the water was cloudy and the chairs looked older and dirty. Like i said before we loved the place when we first started going tgere but it seems like nothing is special anymore. We had a great view of the Viking Training area although we are from WI and Packers fans :)"

"Garbages were not checked during our 2 day stay so they were overflowing, chair in our room had stains all over it"

"The ac did not work well and it was very noisy. You have to have $100 in cash for deposit when no one carries cash. The whole floor stunk of fish and spices from other guests cooking. Dirty areas. "

"I reserved a room eight months in advance, but when my family arrived at the property they did not have the room type we booked. There were 4 of us, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they gave us one king bed and a pull out couch. The front desk mildly apologized, but that was it. We had an uncomfortable stay."

"This is a lovely property. Easy to book, good communication. The home was well-appointed and everything was clean and in working order. We had 8 adults which was luxurious and perfect but one could easily have more folks. There were specific rules about the neighborhood but they were clear-be sure to check those ahead of time. But if those work for you, would definitely recommend.Especially nice: quality of beds, lots of dining spaces/table spaces, plenty of kitchen space, sauna, hot tub, movie room, game room. Lots of distinct spaces, accessible Alexa speakers, easy to get to, plenty of laundry machines, pool/hot tub towels provided. We didn’t use the pool or lake or fire pit but those seemed awesome too.Steve and his partner were responsive and easy to work with. "

"Dave is a fantastic host! The location of the house couldn’t be better for Wild fans or anyone going to the Grand Casino Arena for other events. It’s a quick 20-30 minute walk from the house to the arena and there are restaurants and bars all along the walk. Dave is great to deal with on any information you might need about the area. Highly recommend this site for families also. The bubble hockey is awesome! It’s always great to have a little tourney with your kids between hockey games at the Grand."
