「The unit was filthy inside and the key cafe initially didn’t work with my code. I decided to return to my home for the night instead staying there for my birthday stay-cation. Here’s what happened:
I went to the key cafe and received a message saying my code was invalid. I entered the code 3-4 times and continued to receive the message.
I called the number provided with my reservation and the call went straight to voicemail. A few moments later, I received a text from the number I called...

「Great property location as it was minutes from everything (downtown, Mall of America, lakes/parks, restaurants). Steven and Katie were fantastic hosts and stayed in communication all throughout our trip. It was the perfect size for the family. If we are back out to the Twin Cities area, would 1000% rent again!」

「This was a beautiful property. The beds were very comfortable. A very relaxing environment. Unfortunately check in procedures were not clear and entering the building as well as the suite were extremely challenging.I think messaging and entering procedures need to be more specific and clear. And that the lock boxes should be checked before occupants arrival to be sure they work.I also think that on street parking should be in the description.」

「Almost immediately the penthouse view of the Minnesota city skyline from inside, and on the outside patio, was immaculate! Romantic getaway or not, definitely a corner suite to enjoy and bask in. It is also a definite alternative to dinning out.My wife and I cooked our meals and enjoyed the ambiance of the private outside patio. The picture of the website is wide angled, but still a cozy suite. Parking on the street was somewhat a challenge due to city roadwork on front of the complex. But,...
