Manhattan6 nights4.0 star property8.0/10 - Very good (1,001 reviews)"Cons: Air conditioning never really worked well. Thankfully opening the window helped. It's kind of set up like an apartment so there isn't an ice machine on the floor. The TV was tiny and hard to watch. Breakfast wasn't complimentary ($19 per person). IDK for $2200 I expected a higher caliber of service and amenities. Pros: The staff was always helpful. The location is convenient especially for things downtown close the the financial district."Reviewed November 3, 2026Roundtrip • Tokyo (TYO) - New York (JFK)HND - EWR • Nonstop EWR - HND • Nonstop￥631,596￥416,504found 1 day agoper traveler - The St. Regis New York

It was clean, it was quiet, it was great! I was there on Halloween weekend and you would not even know the neighborhood was popping off because it was so quiet. My family of 4 stayed in a double room (2 double beds) and it was just fine. Super comfy beds...we were so tired and slept really well. Now, the staff: Shout out to Thomas who was so helpful when I made a booking mistake.
