"Clean hotel with the basics but honestly I would never stay here again: 1. Neighborhood - there’s nothing within walking distance you would want to go to. No decent restaurants, bars, etc. It’s a little too far away from the nice part of Long Island City to even consider it to be in that neighborhood. 2. Operations are AWFUL - they ran out of breakfast at 8:30 am on a Tuesday morning. The elevators take forever and there were only 2 that were functioning. You aren’t allowed to access the stairs so you’re forced to wait in a line of 20+ people during peak times. 3. The front desk staff were friendly but all other employees were just miserable."

"They have a $100 deposit cash only that isn’t advertised when booking. I woke up because I was itching and found a bug and bites around my skin. Someone also tried to come into my room at 4 in the morning. They told me they have no issues with bed bugs but that they can check and clean and give me a new room if they find any."

"Perfect location to enjoy theatre and New York. My single room was small but I expected that from the information provided- however it was comfortable, clean, safe, quiet and convenient for my needs. Easy check in. "
