"Horrible hotel. Staff was rude when I complained about the fact that my room was 78 degrees and felt like an oven when I got in. Had to send someone to fix it and then it took 45 minutes for the room to cool off. To make matters worse, when I got in the shower to get ready for my business meeting, THERE WAS NI HOT WATER. I cannot believe I paid $370 to spend a night in that hotel! When I got angry with the clerk, the clerk told me I should not be directing my anger towards him as I made the reservation through Expedia! Not even a simple “we are sorry.” I am furious about this.
