Was a decent hotel but for the price it could have been better. Bathrooms were large and nice but there was no dresser or closet. Also very rough neighborhood, didn’t feel safe at night. Still overall it was a positive experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of food options and 10 min walk from subway.

My say was extremely pleasant especially dealing with owner Asaraf. He was extremely professional and compassion and takes the customer service to a whole nother level. He takes pride and ensuring his guests receive the best c/s accommodations. Rooms are extremely clean so much that you can even eat off the floor. Very quiet peaceful night. On a different day it could have been a nice stay. When we got there I noticed that whoever had stayed in my room previously had lightly smeared what looked like excrement on the back of the bathroom door, and there was a booger on the TV. We asked staff to clean it up and they did, but that’s not something anybody should be missing pre check in. Other than that the room was relatively clean. We needed more pillows and there weren’t any available aside from the two extremely weak/unsupportive ones left with the room. Took an hour to request a TV remote that actually worked.

Great customer service. They will take care of you. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. The prices are great. It's hard to find a hotel with a beautiful view of the city and bridge for the price they charge. The internet is fast, which is important to me because I work a lot online. If you don't like something...just tell them and they will take care of you. Therefore, my stays were great so far. I hope they keep it up. Some places I used to like changed and now i stay at this hotel when i'm in the area.
