"Arrived at the hotel and took advantage of the valet parking which was quick and easy - my bags were even taken straight to my room. The in room amenities and extras were excellent. The pool was quiet and I even had it to myself the morning of my stay. I dined in Baba which was delicious. The only small negative I encountered was that my room was above the restaurant so it was a little noisy. The location is excellent for exploring both the Old Town and New Town of Edinburgh."

"Room was nice and big! Bathroom was nice but water leaks a lot from the shower and the shower had an AWFUL smell! Firstly, the shower didn’t drain so we got someone to come and clean the drain. However, after that the smell was disgusting coming from the drain and it didn’t go away. Assuming it’s an old building with old drains but taking a shower wasn’t the nicest. Other than that, breakfast was great and the room itself was lovely. "

"Room was really clean staffs are really helpful and nice especially when our room wasn’t heated up so they move us to another room. Only thing is that the hotel bar was not seem to open more often so we have to go to the sister hotel and used their otherwise it will quiet convenient to used it. "
