駅に近く、駅にスーパーもありとても便利な立地でした。 部屋も清潔で、キッチンも必要な物はほぼ揃っていて、快適に過ごせました。 スタッフもとても親切に声をかけてくれます。洗濯機、乾燥機、1台ずつですが、アプリを使って使用でき、そんなに高くなかったです。 自炊されるなら、おすすめのホテルです。

The location was really convinient and room was clean. JUST I prefer regular shower with bathtub. Toilet paper wasn't enougt and i bought it by my self. So totally it was nice stay.

駅の真正面ですが、夜は電気ついていないため、閉じている入り口がかなりわかりにくいです。 注意して横断歩道の正面を探してください。 昼間は見ればわかります。 スタッフの数が少なく、来るまで時間がかかります。親切ではあります。 部屋は綺麗で広く、便利で、デザインも素敵です。ベッドも清潔です。 かわりに部屋や廊下からの音は筒抜けです。 また正面の駅は便利ですがわかりにくいので、地下鉄とトラムはお勧めしません。 グランプラスなどに行くなら、セントラル駅経由で電車を利用しましょう。

フロントの方がとても親切でフレンドリーです。部屋はとても広く過ごしやすかったです。近くにベルギー料理の店もあるしスーパーやカフェなど色々あって楽しめました。エレベーターの不具合がありましたが、またぜひ泊まりたいです。

I was pretty surprised at the quality of the room and the service/staff level with this price range. The room was clean and the design was very pretty. When I checked in the room I noticed the AC is not working, so I went to the reception and told about that. The receptionist immediately prepared me a upgrated (!) room with no additional cost so that was a really good deal. When I moved the upgraded room, a dog was barking (and kept barking for about 2 hours) in a room next to my room. Then the same receptionist came to my room and offered me another room that is far from the room with barking dog. That was a very kind offer and I was very surprised how quickly they take actions. For the room cleanness, I am a neat freak so everytime I stay at somewhere I really worry about if the room (especially bathroom) is clean enough. Regarding this hotel, you don't need to worry about it at all. The hotel overall is very clean and tidy. I really want to reccomend this hotel but 1 negative point is, there is no slope at the entrance so if you are carrying heavy luggage, you have to lift it.
