He was so friendly and helpful, and we were impressed by his professionalism and sincerity! The room was immaculate (thank you to housekeeping), the bed was awesome, and we loved the view from our room. We attend shows at the PPAC regularly throughout the year, and whenever possible, we like to spend the night. The Aloft’s proximity to the theatre is perfect!! "We had an excellent stay at Rachael's and would absolutely book again.The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully set up. Tons of light, high ceilings, and a great layout. The kitchen is fully stocked and easy to use, beds were comfortable, linens felt high quality, and having a dining area, workspace, and gym access made the place feel easy to live in for the weekend. Location was quiet but convenient for getting around Providence.Rachael was a fantastic host. Clear communication, flexible with early check-in, and proactive about everything. She checked in during a tough moment to make sure we were safe. That level of care stood out. I can't recommend this place enough- truly a gem. "
