We love staying here. We have stayed here many times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is a huge benefit if you are exploring downtown. We were a walk away from everything on our list. Rooms are big and bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good too.

I love this Hampton Inn. There is a shuttle that will pick you up from the Amtrak train and take you to the hotel free of charge. In addition, they offer a complimentary breakfast. The rooms are so comfortable. I got the best night's sleep. It is located on 2 blocks from Johnson and Wales University, which was our purpose for going to Providence, RI. I loved the staff. They are very pleasant and helpful. Staying there was like staying with family and friends. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and the room very spacious. Parking my car was a problem. They didn’t have parking available. I checked with the staff multiple times and every time was told they were full. I ended up finding a parking spot several blocks from the hotel for $22 an hour. It was bad.
