Special Note About Our Sleeper Sofas: Not all sleeper sofas are created equal—and trust us, we've tested a LOT of them! After a year of searching, sitting, and yes… even napping, we finally found "THE ONE." These premium sleeper sofas are so comfy that even adults can get a great night's sleep. We invested over $15,000 upgrading them across our properties, so go ahead—test ours out… you won't be disappointed!



Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Ample cabinet space, beautiful smooth countertops, and modern light fixtures add luxury touch. Island with additional prep space includes 4 stools for dining, while separate dining table also seats 4.



Bedroom: Large primary bedroom to the left of living room. Created with style and comfort, king-size bed surrounded by fluted wood accent wall. Dresser, closet, full-length mirror, and white noise machine.



Bathroom: Designed for comfort and functionality. Walk-in shower with fun art deco tile. Double vanity with two sinks and large modern mirror—plenty of space for couples or traveling companions. Fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and hair dryer.
