「This was my second stay here at this hotel, and once again, I loved it. The staff was very gracious and friendly. I had an unexpected issue at the airport, which prevented me from flying into Pennsylvania until several days later. I reached out to Expedia, and they communicated this with the hotel on my behalf. Although I was unable to make the check-in time for my scheduled date, they still held my reserved room for when I arrived a few days later.
