「Great location near the Cathedral and plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Reasonably straightforward to check in, although the lighting at the entrance and in the stairwell could be improved - I needed to use my phone torch. The room was great and had a lot of character with a modern bathroom. One minor suggestion - they should change their brand of shampoo. My hair has never felt so gross and greasy after washing and drying! But it was a convenient and comfortable stay. 」

「Lovely property in a great location near shopping food historical sites and nature! Couldn't ask for more. The river walk to the cathedral and Friar street is the cherry on top. Wonderful staff, helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious!! Didn't try dinner as they close early on Sundays. The room was amazing, loved the style and decorations. I will always stay there when in Worcester!」

「Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house.」

「大学生の娘と母娘旅。私の思い出の街ウスターを数十年ぶりに訪問する際の拠点として宿泊させていただきました。ウスターフォーゲート駅から徒歩6分ほど。一階がカフェなので、休日を避ければ、朝食やランチもできます。私たちは日曜日到着だったので、翌日はお休み。火曜日の朝食をいただきました。荷物も朝食の後預かって頂けたので、その後観光もでき助かりました。お部屋にはオーガニックコーヒーやハーブティもありゆっくり過ごせます。」

「Hotel is in need of modernisation very old and tatty furniture, hair in bath plug from previous guest, no soap, shower gel in bathroom you have to pay if you want it and at £134 a night i expect at least soap to wash your hands. Just a shame as it’s a perfect location but the hotel needs some renovations. 」
