ウィンザーとメイデンヘッド ホテル

「Tired place and felt expensive for the night. Parking cheaper than expected after checking in though and easy for airport.」

「This was a beautiful hotel! There is currently works with scaffolding up and I was originally given a room with two small windows, with the addition of scaffolding, which made the room dark. Also, it had a wet room, which would not have suited us. I called the reception immediately and they very kindly changed my room. They explained that as it was half term they were fully booked. I did say that I booked a deluxe room and I didn't know if I was getting what I paid for. He very kindly checked...

「The hotel and staff were great. Our only issue really was that although you get early entry into the park, alot of the rides don't open until later in the day which means there's not a lot to do with smaller kids who aren't going on the skylion. The evening buffet is nice but also expensive and not really worth it for families with picky eater kids」

「A typical hotel near the airport」

「The English garden here is wonderful and it distinguishes the hotel from all others. I truly hope that the management does not cut the costs to keep it beautiful.」

「Staff」

「こちらのミスで旅行続行不可能かというアクシデントがありましたが、ホテルの献身的で素晴らしいスタッフ達のおかげで無事解決しました。ウインザー城へのアクセスがすぐのロケーションが抜群のホテルです！」

「Good room, although it did smell a little as if it had been cleaned with a dirty cloth. Beds were very soft, but food was excellent and good value」

「Property was ok. Staff was great.」
