「Loved how the property was on the river and we had access to it」

「The manager was by far top notch I have stayed many places across nc sc and Georgia and never met a nicer manager. Staff was great as well.」

「We stayed here for one night, the property is nice and it is close to Helen, GA. That being said there was no staff on site during our one night stay, and there was a live scorpion in our room - which we dealt with ourselves because there was no staff and we knew calling someone would take too long. This is a small business, so I recognize and appreciate that they cannot have staff on full-time.」

「It's an old place, but it was cleaned. Breakfast was great for a continental breakfast. They had bananas, apples, individual cereal boxes, coffee, cream, flavored cups of yogurt, small bottles of sunny delight orange juice, water bottles, disposable silverware, napkins, milk. The air conditioner was good. The only negative thing was that the bathroom tub didn't drain well.」

「It served its purpose of a place to stay and the view from up high on the hill was nice.but the facility is in need of repairs and the buildings look delipidated and need paint. It was unsightly and had a feeling of lacking a basic sense of caring in general for the all of the buildings with their rotting wood and peeled paint...The floors are carpet and very stained throughout. The rooms and kitchen lacked signage and instructions and it was a challenge to determine what did what and to just...

「The room came with breakfast which was "Little Debbie" cakes and coffee. There was no milk, no juice, nothing hot. There was 1 table and nowhere to sit. We left and went to get breakfast which we were not planning to do. We will never stay there again.」

「Great customer service. A beautiful and unique facility. Staff met us in parking area to help with luggage. Provided a great over view of the facility and amenities. Walked us to our room and explained the room amenities. Quiet and very unique. Provided a served hot breakfast in a central room. The owner/builder ate with us each morning providing a wonderful explanation of the building and its plans for future developments. Facility is 6 minutes away from Central Helen. Great location. Great...
