「Great location in the heart of Helen. It’s within easy walking distance to the shopping and so many great restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even texted us 30 minutes after we checked in to make sure everything was okay with our room. 」

「I was skeptical about booking after reading reviews however with the price being so good we stayed anyways. The hotel is old ans d it shows, but its clean. The rooms are updated but still show wear and tear. The beds are very comfortable!! Plenty of towels etc. Basic room. The sheets had rips in them, i contacted the front desk so they woupd know we didnt cause the rips. They have an incidental sheet and will charge you for damages. The housekeeping is great, very helpful and we really liked...

And the room was wonderful and we greatly Appreciated the hot tub in our room which helped us out alot with our hurting bodies lol. And we also really enjoyed the jacuzzi in the Hotel!!
