「Everything was great. The bed, the breakfast, the room, the staff. Except the bathroom was pretty small... at least in the Ruby suite.」

「Our room was great. The restaurant is very nice and the food was good and we also liked the option to order a meat and three instead of all you can eat. 」

「Linda and Mike were outstanding hosts and welcoming to us. They were accommodating to special diet needs, and anxious to meet our requests. Food was delicious, the sitting area was cozy and our room was perfect. If it were possible we’d give 10 stars. Mike us a tour of the mill and a history of the property that made the whole experience fulfilling. 」

「The place was confortable and many amenities were provided. The only item missing was Kleenex. Since it was cold weather we could not enjoy the back deck. It would be a wonderful space when temperatures are warmer. 」

「The room was great, with a separate siting room and a big sofa to sit . the hotel is right in the middle of town and suoer dog friendly. Staff were helpful and friendly. The only drawback is the breakfast. No fruit or healthier options, even the oatmeal had maple syrup flavoring. The bagels ended up being our choice. Good coffee and free water. Parking is free. Overall we would rate it highly and return.」

「If you are staying in the Walhalla area, the Blue Laurel is the only way to go! Our host Melissa was extremely communicative, and went above and beyond to make our stay as great as it was! We brought our one year old and she made sure the play pen was set up and the baby gate was ready for use! The cabin was immaculately cleaned, and there was a welcoming snack box with some great healthy options for us! Easily accessed and in a great area for hiking and mountain adventures.
